During your personalised onboarding we will discuss your specific needs and goals, as well as do a full joint assessment to evaluate your movement capacity and identify specific areas that need attention.
This assessment will allow us to select the best exercises for your body and understand which movements require extra attention. Additionally, we will discuss your preference and if you would benefit from private sessions, small group classes, or a combination of both.
